When you make a booking through our website or social media platforms, one of our representatives will call you at the number you gave in the booking form to confirm slot availability.

You will receive a payment link with the booking amount after the slot has been blocked.

We allow single model for 6hr slot and two models for 12hr slot

We take 100% of the booking amount at the time of booking confirmation to make the onboarding hassle free.

Yes, we charge a fee of ₹1800/hour if you exceed beyond your booking hours.

We accept Credit card, Debit Card, Net banking & UPI. We do not accept cash payments.

In general, we don't accept cancellations, although you can reschedule your shoot at no extra cost for once.

The studio is not liable for rain, bad weather, or any other outside factors. Please plan your shoot with extreme caution. Refund requests won't be taken into account.

We allow only one shoot per bookings, if we find out any manipulation we will ask the team to leave the premises and there won't be any kind of refund provided

We do provide electricity at additional charges, however we recommend to discuss the same with us prior to the booking date

We would love to host everyone at our studio, however due to circumstances we may restrict entry.
